Redefine makes the MRI Tenant Portal available to you as a value-added service, on the terms and conditions set out herein. Although Redefine makes the MRI Tenant Portal available to you, Redefine does not own the MRI Tenant Portal. Instead, use of the MRI Tenant Portal is offered to you through a license held between Redefine Properties Limited (including its subsidiaries) and MRII Software LLC and is subject to MRI's terms of use and privacy policy.
Terms of use / Privacy Policy
You therefore, by your use of the MRI Tenant Portal consent to MRI's terms of use and privacy policy being applicable to you and shall accordingly have a direct relationship with MRI for your use of the MRI Tenant Portal
This means that:
(1) You and MRI are directly liable to one another; and
(2) Redefine is not liable to you or MRI,
in respect of any losses, costs, claims, damages or penalties arising from, or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the MRI Tenant Portal.
Redefine has no obligation to you with regard to the MRI Tenant Portal. Redefine may, in its sole discretion, decide to stop making the MRI Tenant Portal available to you.
Redefine makes no representations about the MRI Tenant Portal, including the efficacy, usefulness, functionality of the MRI Tenant Portal nor does it represent that the MRI Tenant Portal will always be available or that it is free of errors or harmful code such as viruses.
