Achieving our stakeholder goals
While property is our commodity, people are our business. As a result, we take a people-centric and stakeholder-inclusive approach to creating value. Clearly defining each of our eight key stakeholders has been the first step in integrating stakeholder engagement into every step of our value-creation process. To measure the value we create for our stakeholders, we have identified goals for each of our key stakeholders and measure delivery on these through value-creation indicators and the quality of our relationships.
