Space 2 Spec for Maximum Savings

 

The solution entails commercial property to rent that includes prime space, lease terms to cater to client needs, and discounts to meet client budget requirements. We offer two options:

 

  • Five-year period in which the tenant can use the value of up to 50% of the rent price payable for the first two years of the lease
  • Three-year period in which the tenant can use the value of up to 30% of the rent price payable for the first two years of the lease

 

In terms of the lease of commercial property, a tenant may use the value of up to 30% or up to 50% of the rental for additional benefits, either in combination or for just one of the below:
