DISMISSAL OF METRO CLAIM
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s interim results for the six months ended
28 February 2023, published on 8 May 2023, wherein shareholders were advised that the
request for arbitration instituted by and filed by Metro Properties sp.z o.o. ("Metro") and
received by EPP N.V. ("EPP") against 11 Polish companies owned by M1 Group S.A.R.L
("M1 JV"), which is 50% owned by the Redefine group, demanding a reduction in the amount
of rental payable by Metro under the respective lease agreements, would be heard by the
International Court of Arbitration.
Shareholders are advised that EPP has received notification from the International Court of
Arbitration that all of Metro’s claims against M1 JV have been dismissed. This award is final
and binding on all the parties.
