CHANGE IN THE NATURE OF DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that on 10 November 2023, The Leon Christiaan Kok
Trust ("the Trust") (an associate of Leon Kok, who is a beneficiary of the Trust), transferred
1 761 010 Redefine ordinary shares to Leon Kok at a price of R3.60 per share, for a total transaction
value of R6 339 636.00, thus changing the nature of Leon Kok's interest in respect of the 1 761 010
shares from indirect beneficial to direct beneficial. The transaction was conducted off-market and
clearance to deal was obtained.
