Diane serves as a non-executive director on various global boards, including Base Resources Ltd, Transaction Capital Ltd, and Network International plc.
Previous experience
Diane’s expertise in the financial services industry, especially in the property and infrastructure fields, stems from the many leadership roles she has fulfilled throughout her career. A former PricewaterhouseCoopers partner in charge of its transaction services group, she advised on local and international listings and coporate transactions. Diane later joined Allied Electronics Corporation Ltd as chief financial officer in 2001 and served as non-executive director at Altech, BTG, Omnia and WIPhold. In 2007, she was appointed group finance director at Old Mutual South Africa. She was chief executive officer at Old Mutual Investment Group, where she was responsible for the management oversight of all asset classes (including infrastructure) from 2010 to 2016.
