Anda is appointed as company secretary and acts as the governance advisor to the board to ensure it is aware of its fiduciary duties and responsibilities, ensures that strategic decisions are taken in line with Redefine’s governance framework, and that the business at large is kept abreast of relevant changes in legislation and governance best practice.

Anda has extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory affairs in the Johannesburg Stock Exchange listings environment and boasts international experience across the Americas, Europe, Australia, Asia-Pacific and the African continent.
